Our automatic prescription refill service, refill advantage®, is easy to use, saves you time and will ensure you have the prescriptions you need on time.

 

How does refill advantage® work?

1. Sign up at your neighborhood pharmacy, it’s FREE
2. We’ll refill your regular prescriptions before they run out
3. We’ll contact you when your prescription is ready. Choose from one of our convenient notification options:
   1. E-MAIL
   2. PHONE
   3. TEXT MESSAGE – see below for how to sign up
4. If your refills run out, we’ll even contact your doctor’s office

 

How do I enroll in the Text Message service?

Two simple steps to enroll:

1. Simply give your pharmacy associate you mobile number.
2. Then, sent a text message to MYRXS (69797), and include the word “NOTIFY” in the body of your message. That’s all there is to it.
3. View all the information about the text message service at

Is there a fee for receiving text messages?

The reminder service is complimentary, but you may be charged for related minutes or text messages. Message and Data rates apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

 

How do I stop receiving TEXT MESSAGES?

To discontinue the text messaging service, reply “stop” to cancel to MYRXS (69797). The text message service will stop, but you will continue to receive voice reminders. If you wish to discontinue the voice reminder service, please tell your pharmacy associate.
