Prep & Store

Store in a cool area—like a pantry—and use within two weeks. Do not refrigerate.

Tasty Tip

Sweet potatoes can be substituted for regular potatoes in many delicious side dishes, such as potato salad and French fried, roasted, boiled, mashed, and baked potatoes.

Quick & Easy Recipe

Layer sweet potato slices with slices of apple, top with brown sugar and butter, and bake in a covered casserole dish at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.
